Corey Legge (born 9 August 1992) is an Australian singer-songwriter.
Corey Legge is best known for his work as a solo artist and as a founding member and frontman of Australian blues-rock band The Swamp Stompers.

Early Life
editBorn in Bega, New South Wales, Legge first learnt to play the guitar at age 8 whilst a student at Bega West Public School. Legge continued to write, record and perform music whilst a student at Bega High School.[1] As a child, Legge received guitar lessons outside of school at Magpie Music in Bega, New South Wales.
Moving to Lismore, New South Wales, in 2012 to study a combined Bachelor of Contemporary Music/Bachelor of Secondary Education degree at Southern Cross University, Legge became a founding member and frontman of blues-rock band The Swamp Stompers.
Music Career
editAs a solo artist Corey Legge has released three albums; 'Driving out of Eden' (2019), 'Some Days' (2020) and 'What Now?' (2022). Corey's fourth album 'Moment in the Sun' is set for release in mid-2024.
In May 2023, Legge toured Europe for the first time, with solo shows in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2024, Legge was invited to walk the red carpet at the Golden Guitar Awards at Tamworth Country Music Festival, which was hosted by Sam McClymont (The McClymonts).
Legge is currently endorsed by Cole Clark guitars, Fender[2][3] and Buzz Box Guitars.

Personal Life
editLegge currently lives in the Illawarra region of New South Wales and works as a high school teacher in-between writing, touring and recording.[16]
