Company N-1 is the oldest original Navy/Marine outfit in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, having been 1 of the original 2 Navy/Marine outfits created when Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NROTC) was brought to Texas A&M in 1972. Since its creation Compnay N-1 has produced high numbers of Military Officers, Business Executives & Owners, and Government Officials.

editSince its creation in 1972, Company N-1 has specialized in creating officers for all branches of the United States military especially the United States Navy and Marine Corps. Company N-1 has created over 200 officers that have served or are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces.
