Cesar “Mong” G. Dela Fuente III completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Santo Tomas, Facultad de Derecho Civil, in Manila, Philippines, from 2001 to 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, majoring in Actuarial Science, from the same university (1997–2001). He completed his secondary education at Roosevelt Memorial High School in Quezon City (1993–1997) and his primary education at Jose L. Basa Municipal School in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro (1987–1993), where he graduated as valedictorian.
