Casper, Phillips & Associates (CP&A) is a small engineering consulting company located in University Place, WA. CP&A offer civil, mechanical, and structural engineering services.

The current ownership group consists of Jeff Hubbell, Tom Hubbell, Andrew Hanek, Richard L. Phillips, and Mike Zhang.^[1]

History

CP&A was founded in 1987 by Rich W. Phillips and William (Bill) Casper.
