Carlalberto Guglielminotti (Turin, 1983) is an Italian entrepreneur.
Guglielminotti is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of NHOA Group (NHOA.PA), global player in the energy sector, developing technologies enabling the transition towards clean energy and sustainable mobility solutions.[1] He was appointed Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum for the year 2020.[2]

Carlalberto Guglielminotti received in 2005 a first law mention très bien from the Université Paris Cité, a Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from the University of Turin in 2007 and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in 2012.
Meanwhile, he specialized in philosophy at Haifa University in Israel (2005) and in Business Administration at the European School of Economics (2007) in New York.[2]

Guglielminotti co-founded Blackshape Aircraft[3] in 2009 and Restopolis in 2011, now TheFork,[4] and is co-founder of NHOA Group, acting as CEO since 2013,[5] leading its listing at the Paris Stock Exchange in 2015.[6]
From 2007 to 2011, he worked as a lawyer for Linklaters in Paris specializing in structured finance, with a secondment in investment banking at The Royal Bank of Scotland, during which time he also became a qualified lawyer enrolled with the Milan bar.[7]
In 2011, he was appointed Operating Partner at 360 Capital, in charge with the development of cleantech and digital portfolio companies.[8] He later became Chairman of the Advisory Company of the fund.
In November 2013, he was appointed CEO of EPS (Electro Power Systems), a research center and a spin-off of the Politecnico di Torino focused on telecommunications technologies, to manage its Chapter 11.[9]
In 2014, after completing its financial restructuring, Guglielminotti relaunched the company redirecting its target application to the energy sector.[10]
In April 2015, he led the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the company, listing EPS on the Paris Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of €55 million.[11]
In December 2015, Guglielminotti launched a capital increase and funded the acquisition of MCM Energy Lab,[12][13] a spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano, to complete the company’s technological portfolio.
In January 2018, ENGIE acquired a majority stake of EPS leading it to acquire over 60% of the capital of what became Engie EPS.[14]
In April 2021 Taiwan Cement Corporation acquired the majority stake of Engie EPS from ENGIE.[15] At closing of the transaction, on July 2021, the company became NHOA.
In May 2021, Guglielminotti turned NHOA’s eMobility division into a joint venture with Stellantis, creating Free2move eSolutions, becoming Executive Chairman.[16][9]
In 2021 he launched Atlante,[17] the new company of the Group dedicated to EV fast and ultra-fast charging network in Southern Europe, becoming Chairman in 2022.
From 2020 until 2022, Guglielminotti was Board Member of Prima Industrie.[18]
