editBook Technologies, Inc. was founded in June 2023 by British entrepreneur, Cash Haleem who was born in Bradford and raised in Sheffield. The company is headquartered in San Francisco. The company acquired Miriam Farid Publications, integrating it as a subsidiary, in July 2023.[1] [2] [3]
Book Technologies, Inc. is the parent company and operates the Book Foundry, an online Book, bookselling company, and the Bookfaculty, a universal wholesaler of academic, preschool, schools, colleges and university books. The company is developing Book Cab Group, a taxi service, to be launched in the United Kingdom.[2][4]
Book Technologies, Inc. is expanding its operations across regions like Europe, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and North America through potential corporate partners. The franchise model of the company incorporates coffee cafés with contemporary bookcases and goods.[1]
