Ben Yahweh (known professionally as King Yahweh) is an American entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is best known as Founder and CEO of The Kingdom of YAHWEH. The company describes its mission as"promoting self awareness, philanthropy, spirituality, and economic expansion."[1]
Ben Yahweh was born in North Carolina on September 19, 1970. He first became well known in 2015, for beginning a spiritual practice in Ghana and dubbing himself Chief of the Yahweh Kingdom[2]. This is described as an honorary title and does not include any recognized authority.
Yahweh was introduced to American audiences via an appearance on the Wendy Williams program, where fans speculated he may be romantically involved with actress LisaRaye McCoy[3]. He was also later seen with TLC's T-Boz, prompting further speculation[4].After gaining publicity due to his relationship with LisaRaye McCoy, the details of Yahweh's personal life attracted scrutiny.[5]. According to his website, he is mainly focused on the creation of inspirational, motivational content.[1]
