Dr. Atsushi Kamal Okuda (born 1960) is a Japanese scientist, educator, self-proclaimed Messenger of Allah and former professor of political systems at Keio University.[1]

Okuda was born on 1960 in Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan.[2]

Okuda research about various religions[3] He was Professor GR Program Chairperson, Faculty of Policy Management and Graduate School of Media and Governance. Withdrawal from Doctoral Program at Graduate School of Law, Chuo University due to Exceeding Allowed Period and he is expert in islamic law and Arabic language. Through Islamic law research, he practically explores the role of society and man in the age of globalization. Also he was a vice president of the Japan Center for Academic Cooperation at the University of Aleppo, Syria.[4][5]

In Keio University or Shonan Fujisawa Campus Okuda is organizing a reception program for Arab students called the 'Ahlan wa Sahlan Program' "ASP". In this program, Japanese students are learning Arabic language together with students of Arab.[6]

Okoda, began researching various religions. This is how he came closer to Islam. One day he read this verse of the Quran, "And surely I created man from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud." (Surah Hijr, verse: 26), after reading this verse, he became interested in learning about Islam. Then he decided to go to Syria for this purpose. He studied Arabic systematically in University of Aleppo, Syria to gain a deeper understanding of Islam. Later he accepted Islam after gaining complete knowledge about Islam.[7][8]
