Anthony "Pretty Boy" Taylor (Born June 23rd 1989) is a American Former professional mixed martial artist (7-5) and a Professional Boxer (6-4) He is the current Misfits Boxing Light Heavyweight Champion.

Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Career

Anthony Taylor made his Amateur debut on the 2nd May 2014 against Juan Campos(2-2) the bout would go the distance having Taylor being defeated by Unanimous Decision. Taylor would then return on September 13th 2014 against Dillon Moore(debut) being defeated in the first round by submission. Taylor fought again on January 16th 2015 against Domingo Ramirez(2-1) Where he would pick up his first win after the bout went the distance with Taylor winning by unanimous decision. Taylor would return a month later against Joey Ruquet(2-0) Where he would be defeated in the first round by submission. Taylor would then be defeated by back to back split decisions against Emilas Jimenez(2-1) And Andrew Johnson(1-3) before having his final amateur fight against Tevin Ellis(2-2) on the 6th November 2015 where the bout would go the decision where Taylor would be defeated again by unanimous decision.

Early Professional Mixed Martial Arts Career

Anthony Taylor would make his Professional debut on Bellator MMA as an undercard fighter on the 4th December 2015 against Adin Duenas(2-1) The bout would be stopped at 2:43 in round one as Taylor would be defeated by submission. Taylor's next bout would be on the 14th May 2016 Again on Bellator MMA against Victor Jones(0-1) Where taylor would pick up the first professional win of his career stopping the fight at 0:27 of the very first round via Technical Knockout Via Punches. Taylor's next fight took place on the 16th December 2016 on Bellator MMA Against James Gallagher(4-0) Where taylor would be defeated via Submission at 1:52 of the 3rd Round. Taylor would have his second to last bout on Bellator MMA on the 14th April 2017 Against Adam Borics(9-0) The bout would not even last a minute as Taylor would be defeated at 4:12 of the very first round via submission. Taylor would return to MMA on the 18th November 2017 against Trey Branch(0-2) on No Limit Fighting Taylor would win the bout via unanimous decision after 3 rounds. Taylor's next fight would take place on Celtic Gladiator 17 Against Brian Del Rosario(1-0) Taylor was defeated via first round Technical knockout however the time is unknown. Anthony Taylor would suffer his final ever MMA defeat against Adrian Guzman(1-0) on the 14th April 2018 loosing via Submission at 3:14.

Later Professional Mixed martial Arts Career

Anthony Taylor would start to make a "Career Revival" after his 7th Professional bout, This started with his bout against Future Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Irish Fighter Dean Barry(1-0) on May 12th 2018 On The BAMMA 35 Undercard. Taylor defeated Barry via Submission in the second round at 0:39, Online Viewers described the commentary of the fight as biased towards Barry. Taylor's next bout took place on June 28th 2018 on The BAMMA 36 Undercard Against Mike Hales(5-0) The bout went the distance where Taylor would defeat Hales by unanimous decision. Commentators Jokingly called the bout "Battle of the pretty boys" as both Taylor's And Hales nicknames where "Pretty Boy" Taylor would fight again on May 10th 2019 on Combate Americas: Stockton against Ryan Reneau(4-6-1) the bout went the distance as Taylor Defeated Reneau Via Unanimous Decision. On August 10th 2019 Taylor would fight again on the URCC - Rumble by the Bay Undercard for the URCC Lightweight Championship against Brandon Faumui(5-3) Taylor would Defeat Faumui via Spit Decision winning the URCC Lightweight Championship in the process. Taylor would have his final professional MMA bout against Nate Diaz Training Partner Chris Avila(6-8) on January 25th 2020 on Bellator MMA where Taylor would defeat Avila via Majority Decision.

Anthony Taylor Vs Donte Stubbs After his defeat to Adam Borics in MMA, Anthony Taylor would take time off, During this time he made his professional debut against another debuting fighter Donte Stubbs The bout took place at The Hangar, Costa Mesa USA On The 1st June 2017 with Donte Stubbs Defeating Anthony Taylor Via Split Dicision after 4 rounds, Whilst donte would continue boxing eventually going (6-6) in the sport, Anthony Taylor would return to MMA.

Anthony Taylor Vs Tommy Fury On the 8th August 2021 Anthony Taylor would decide to return to the ring against TV star and professional boxer Tommy Fury(6-0) in the build up to the bout Taylor was referred to by Fury as a "Scared Little Man" the fight took place in Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Cleveland, USA on the Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley Undercard, The bout went all 4 rounds with Fury Defeating Taylor Via Unanimous Decision.

Anthony Taylor Vs Idris Virgo On The 1st January 2022 Anthony Taylor returned to Misfits Boxing to fight Idris Virgo(12-0) during the fight Taylor kept talking about a potential bout against British Professional Boxer And Youtuber KSI. Taylor Vs Virgo took place on MF & DAZN: X Series 004, During the first two rounds of the bout Taylor looked to outwork Virgo but by round 3 looked completely drained of energy.
