Angela Giarratana is an American actress, singer, and comedian. She is best known for her work with YouTube channel Smosh and theatre company StarKid Productions.
Career
editGiarratana attended UCLA, where she studied theatre.[1]
In late 2020, Giarratana performed as part of ABC's Los Angeles Talent Showcase.[2] In late 2022, she appeared in an Alexa commercial for Amazon Prime.[3] Beginning in 2023, Giarratana appeared on Smosh Games' Sword AF, a Dungeons & Dragons actual play show.[4][5]
Giarratana is a co-host of the podcast Artists on Artists on Artists on Artists.[6] She is a member of the comedy group the Upright Citizens Brigade.[7]
In 2024, Giarratana co-produced the short film guts, which she also acted in. The film, shot in a single day, explores disordered eating, and is partially drawn from Giarratana's own experiences.[8][9] The film was screened at Sundance Film Festival.[10][8][9] Later that year, she was announced as a co-host for Smosh's new show, Bit City.[11]
