Ana Vanessa Herrero is a Venezuelan journalist. She is a correspondent for The Washington Post.

Biography

In 2015, as a correspondent for NTN24, he interviewed the Minister of Food Yván Bello about the shortage in Venezuela, later denouncing having received threats after having published a video of his response to said question.[1][2]

Herrero is a correspondent for The Washington Post in Caracas. She revealed the Catholic Church sexual abuse cases in Venezuela in five states of Venezuela and complaints in at least eleven of these. This report had a great impact, with demands from different NGOs to the Episcopal Conference for investigations of the complaints.[3] She also did a report on the mysterious deaths of turtles in Venezuela.[4]
