The Amar Bangladesh Party (Bengali: আমার বাংলাদেশ পার্টি, romanizedĀmār Bānglādēsh Pārtī), Simply called AB Party is a Political party in Bangladesh. It was founded on 2 May 2020.[1] On 27th April 2019, A new Political platform called Jana Akangkhar Bangladesh (জন আকাঙ্খার বাংলাদেশ) was announced.[2] After one year of preparation on 2 May 2020 the party rechristened itself as Amar Bangladesh Party (আমার বাংলাদশ পার্টি). [3] The party recently celebrated its 3rd anniversary on 2 May 2023.[4]

On 27 April 2019, A new Political party called Jana Akangkhar Bangladesh was announced. After one year on 2 May 2020 in a press conference in Dhaka the leaders of the party announced that they are changing the party's name to Amar Bangladesh Party. The party celebrated its 3rd anniversary on 2 May 2023 across Bangladesh

Ideology edit

The main ideology of Amar Bangladesh Party is to turn Bangladesh into a Welfare State by ensuring the basic and civil rights of every people of Bangladesh regardless of their religion, caste or race.
