Aguiar Jonassane Reginaldo Real Mazula is a Mozambican politician and business executive.  [1] [2]

Mazula served as the  Mozambican Minister of State Administration and Defense from 1994 to 2000 and a member of the Mozambican parliament from 1995 -2000. He was a member of the government delegation that negotiation the Mozambican peace treaty in 1992 between Renamo and Frelimo to end Mozambique's civil war. [3] [4] [5] [6]

He is credited with pushing for the involvement of traditional leaders in local government. [7] [2]

Mazula was nominated by Prime Minister Pascoal Mocumbi to serve as the President of the Social Security Administration .  He served for only one year before after publicly resigning in 2005  citing corruption in the organization. He was replaced by Armando Muiane Junior. [8] [9]
