Adestria was an American post-hardcore metalcore band from San Diego, California, founded in 2008.

Formation and Oh The Places You'll Go (2008–2010) edit
On August 27, 2010, the band released their first EP, titled Oh The Places You'll Go.
Signing with Artery Recordings, Chapters (2010-2013) edit
On December 6, 2011, the band signed with Artery Recordings.[1]
On March 27, 2012, the band released their first album, titled Chapters.
On December 4, 2012 the band announced via their Facebook page that keyboardist Mikey Colasardo would be leaving the band following the completion of their tour.
On June 24, 2013, the band announced they would be headlining the Hot-N-Ready tour in July 2013 with support from To The Wind and Deserters.[2]
Gilded Hearts, Break-Up (2014-2015) edit
On April 29, 2014, the band released their second album, titled Gilded Hearts.
On April 17, 2015, Matt Anderson announced that the band would be taking an "indefinite break".[3]
