I chose not to consider them copyvios since they are, broadly, technical names. However, some could be reworded. I see WP:BOMBARD. Where I see that I see an editor trying too hard to convince me that the subject is notable. I see two true lists. "Mentioned in paragraph n" seems a common theme. Are these meant to be references? For a living person we have a high standard of referencing. Every substantive fact you assert, especially one that is susceptible to potential challenge, requires a citation with a reference that is about them, and is independent of them, in multiple secondary sources which are WP:RS, and is significant coverage. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact cited, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make this draft a clear acceptance (0.9 probability). Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the person is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today. 'nn under nn' lists are generally there to sell the media they are listed in, and rarely have a real world significance Lose Researchgate as a reference. Adedoyin Adeleke (Born July 7, 1989) is a Nigerian green growth (renewable energy) expert, a mechanical engineer and a Researcher.[1][2] He founded Green Growth Africa a sustainability Network Ibadan, Nigeria, formerly International Support Network for African Development (ISNAD).[2] Co-Author of the Progress Report on Climate Technology.[3] He is a Member of Adeleke Global Environmental Education Partnership (GEEP), a Fellow, UNESCO Chair in Energy for Sustainable Development, Politecnico di Milano, Italy, and Fellow, BMUB International Short Course on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, Dresden, Germany.[4] Over the years, Adeleke has made substantial contributions to development across 22 African countries from Europe.[2]
Early life and education
editBorn on July 7, 1989 in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.[5] Adedoyin Adeleke had his primary and secondary education in Osogbo and proceeded to the Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Ibadan for his bachelor and master's degree respectively before he was awarded for his doctoral studies in Italy by the Italian Government[6], obtaining a PhD with a focus on Energy for Sustainable Development; working for a while in Italy, Adeleke relocated to Nigeria with a mission to drive green growth and development across Africa[7]. Adeleke said there is a need for Nigerians to develop the country into a greener pasture like Europe and America.[2]
Career
editAdedoyin served as a Lead Country Contributor to Renewable Energy Policy Network for the 21st Century's (REN21) "Global Status Report" on renewable energy for years[8] hosted by UNEP. He also served as a Country Contributor to the second edition of UNEP's Gigaton Report on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency] in 2018. In 2023, Adedoyin was one of the 33 scientists from around the world who prepared the Climate Technology Progress Report[3] published by UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, UN Climate Changes, United Nations Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN) and UN Climate Change Technology Executive Committee. He served as a Reviewer of UNESCO's Country Profile for Nigeria on Climate Change Communication and Education.[9]
