Anthony "AJ" DeDiego is an American baker and content creator based in Atlanta, Georgia.[1] He is most known for his recipe videos on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. He focuses on desserts and has gained a strong following in his years as a content creator since his beginning in 2017.

DeDiego launched his business, AJ's Baking Company, after his YouTube videos did well during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. He now sells gourmet dessert mixes on his website and continues to post daily recipe content across his social media. He has 50,000 followers on Instagram.

DeDiego competed in Season 8 of Food Network's Halloween Baking Championship.[2] After his time on the show, he focused purely on social media content, and has been featured a number of times since.[3][4]

His endeavors landed him on the cover of The Georgia Voice in 2022.[5] In addition to his many online media appearances, DeDiego has appeared on Atlanta News First[6] and Good Day Atlanta.[7]

DeDiego works with The Fresh Market and hosts monthly livestreams for the national brand, and occasionally contributes recipes as well.[8] He teaches baking classes at Cooks Warehouse in Atlanta.[9] His work with recipe creation has earned him two published cookbooks.[10]
