This was the third season of Shikoku Island League Plus. The league started with the same 4 teams as the year prior, the Kochi Fighting Dogs, Tokushima Indigo Socks, Kagawa Olive Guyners, and Ehime Mandarin Pirates. The Kagawa Olive Guyners were the defending champions. This season included half seasons, the Kagawa Olive Guyners won both half seasons, winning the first half with a 7 game lead over the Ehime Mandarin Pirates. While winning the second half with a 3 game lead over the Ehime Mandarin Pirates. The Kagawa Olive Guyners won the season championship with a 11.0 game lead over the Ehime Mandarin Pirates. The Tokushima Indigo Socks finished last for the second season in a row, finishing with a 0.235 win percentage on the year, the second worst in league history.
