The 2000–2001 Botswana Premier League, also known as the 2000–2001 Castle Super League for sponsorship reasons, was the 24th season of the Botswana Premier League. It was played from 27 October 2000 to 24 May 2001.
It was won by Mogoditshane Fighters for a third consecutive season,[1] becoming the first team since Extension Gunners in 1994 to do so.
