The 1951 Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship was the 47th staging of the Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Westmeath County Board in 1903.
Delvin entered the championship as defending champions, defeating Collinstown in last year's final.
The final was played on October 5, 1952, at Cusack Park between Brownstown and Rickardstown. Brownstown won the match 4-5 - 3–7, to win their first championship since 1948, and their sixth overall.[1]
