Jijhautia Brahmin or jujhotia Brahmins is an ethnic group of Brahmin caste in Hindu society. They are subcaste of kanyakubja Brahmins which migrated to Bundelkhand (jejakabhukti) region in around 5th century ce. The word jijhautia derives from old name of Bundelkhand region jejakabhukti signifying Brahmins of jejakabhukti.
