Over the next decade, Divyang collaborated with renowned figures in the Indian theatre scene, including Dr. Akash Khurana, Quasar Padamsee, Sunil Shanbaug, Rahul daCunha, Akarsh Khurana, and Shernaz Patel, performing in over 40 plays across the country and internationally.

Alongside his acting career, Divyang also ventured into directing and editing corporate videos and advertisements, creating over 250 films for various brands such as Asian Paints, State Bank of India, Aditya Birla Group, and Mahindra Finance.

Divyang's journey took a significant turn when he landed the lead role in Gujarati cinema in the 2012 satire movie Kevi Rite Jaish directed by Abhishek Jain.[2] Divyang received the Gujarat State Award for Best Actor for this film, which went on to be a critical and commercial success and is also considered to be a "glimmer of hope" for Gujarati cinema.[3] This led to the actor-director duo partnering again in Bey Yaar (2015) which also became a critical and commercial success.[4][5] He later acted as one of the six leads in an ALTBalaji web series Boygiri (2017).[6] He turned writer-director for Yash Raj Films with Ranveer Singh starrer 2022 movie Jayeshbhai Jordaar.[7] While talking about Divyang and the experience of being directed by him, Ranveer Singh said "Divyang is a prodigy, he's an absolute sensation. He is waiting to be unleashed on the world.[8] As a director he has an unprecedented investment into his source material, he watches the scene on the monitor from close proximity, he cries with the scene, laughs with the scene, while you are acting in front of the camera he is there with you emotionally. His energies are connected with you at a deeper level."[9]
