Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya

Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya (born 16 June 1965) is an Indian judge. Presently, he is Chief Justice of Bombay High Court. He is former Judge of Allahabad High Court.[1][2]

Justice Upadhyaya graduated in law from Lucknow University in the year 1991 and enrolled as an Advocate on 11 May 1991. He practiced in Civil and Constitutional sides at Allahabad High Court. He was appointed as an Additional Judge of Allahabad High Court on 21 November 2011 and made permanent on 6 August 2013. He was appointed as Chief Justice of Bombay High Court on 29 July 2023.
