Chaima Rahmouni (born 25 March 2001)[1] is a Tunisian weightlifter. She is a two-time medalist at the African Games. She won the gold medal in the women's 64 kg event at the 2022 African Weightlifting Championships held in Cairo, Egypt.

She represented Tunisia at the 2019 African Games held in Rabat, Morocco and she won the bronze medal in the women's 59 kg event.[2][3]

In 2020, she won the bronze medal in the women's 59 kg Clean & Jerk event at the Roma 2020 World Cup in Rome, Italy.[1]

She represented Tunisia at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. She competed in the women's 64 kg event.

She won the silver medal in the women's 64 kg event at the 2023 African Games held in Accra, Ghana.[4]
