Crețu has won 1 ATP Challenger doubles title at the 2024 Iași Open with Bogdan Pavel. He made his ATP main draw debut at the 2024 Țiriac Open after receiving a wildcard into the doubles main draw with Filip Cristian Jianu. He represents Romania at the Davis Cup, where he has a W/L record of 1–1.[2]
