History
editThe construction of the shopping centre begun in October 2014. It was developed by Devin Investments, designed by the APA Wojciechowski Architekci architectural firm, and constructed by Fundamental Group. The building was opened on 17 października 2015 under the name Modo Domy Mody (from Polish: Modo Fashion Stores).[1] On 8 June 2017, it was rebranded to Centrum Łopuszańska 22.[2]
Characteristics
editThe shopping centre is located at 22 Łopuszańska Street. It is 1-storey-tall and has the total usable area of 28,000 m2, of which 16,000 m2 is dedicated to the stores.[1] In 2020 operated there 130 stores and 11 restaurants and bars.[3]
