I expect that this will want a number of subcategories for specialties, since the mere documentation of species discoverers will yield thousands of individuals, more than we want to lump into "zoologists". On the other hand, it seems less valuable to subdivide below classes, at least for a while - no separate "coloeopterists" or "myrmecologists" category for instance, unless "entomologists" becomes really really large. I was looking at Category:16th-century zoologists and saw it belonged to Category:16th-century physicians. I didn't think that zoologists were inherently physicians, by definition, but I'm not an expert on the subject, so thought I would ask the community. --Slivicon (talk) 15:47, 19 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
