Proliferation and value edit

That discussion ended inconclusively and has been archived. But one thing that needs to change regardless on a lot of these templates, if they do stay, is the reference to "dialect". WP is written in formal English, not dialect. The main issue they need to address is spelling conventions (where such differences exist at all, which as noted, they do not in the way that a lot of these multiple templates imply they might).
