It is unfortunate that this category is called "opera terminology" because many of the terms are not exclusive to opera, but are appropriate to singing in general (whatever genre). Similarly, there is a template called opera terms which should be combined with this page, and both renamed "vocal" or "singing" terms. Might some workaholic Wikipedian want to reorganized it? kosboot 14:26, 14 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Categories are not exclusive. Articles can belong to more than one. This category fulfills a useful purpose in collecting together articles on terms relating to opera for readers of opera articles. There is no reason to rename it. -- Kleinzach 14:56, 14 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
