Does this include monuments to civilian casualties of military conflicts or not?
I would suggest including them, as the more useful definition of a container category. However the more literal-minded might wish to argue that a particular choice of words are now our master, as to what we may use them to mean. Andy Dingley (talk) 02:25, 8 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
