Status as Container category

This category is currently a container category, but it includes not just categories, but (currently) 17 articles. I wonder what other editors' thoughts are as to whether it is better to see if these could be placed in one one of the subcategories, or whether this should not longer be a container category? My own view is most probably could be moved in to one or more subcats, but some like Concentration of media ownership in Turkey sit rather well in this category. Dunarc (talk)
