Post-Roman? Is this really a suitable period? The Romans got into southern Scotland, and other parts intermittently, but isn't it a bit of an Anglocentric view which gives the Romans such a high profile in Scottish history? MacRusgail 22:08, 10 July 2005 (UTC)

I feel sorry for Italians. The rest of the world has stolen the names of some of their most delicious indigenous cuisine, and labelled foul inedible stodge with said names. If you think Scottish "pizzas" are gross, you should try Swedish kebab "pizzas", with a half-raw egg in the middle, made by Persians. I kid you not.
