Perhaps it would be a profitable idea to develop a related category, or more likely a list, for writers who were the last to use a language, for example Claudius and Etruscan, Augustine of Hippo and Punic, Anicius Manlius Severinus Boethius as the last Roman with knowledge of Greek, and John Milton as the last literary writer of Latin.--Pharos 03:27, 16 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
