Richhoncho, C2D "generally does not apply to proposals to remove a disambiguator from the category name, even when the main article is the primary topic of its name, i.e. it does not contain a disambiguator". The closing admin can decide if C2D applies in this case. It is helpful to mention that the article was renamed by RM as that confirms the move was not controversial.
