Absolutely not. All of these are illuminated manuscripts. This whole idea is an OR/POV nonsense by User:dbachmann, based on his misreading of the OED entry for "illuminated manuscript", and his failing to read their entries for "illustrate" "miniature" etc. There is no recognised division between "illuminated" and "illustrated" manuscripts in English, as references I have posted to his talk-page & that of Illustrated manuscript demonstrate clearly. Obviously what should happen is that those on commons be cleared here (with any links amended), and the rest moved to Commons. I think most are actually on Commons, but who knows? Johnbod 22:47, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
