Alright, I'll bite. I'd be prepared to write a description of "Lazy evaluation", but I can't see how to add such an entry to the category page.
The deed is done: a link to the Lazy Evaluation page appeared by the expedient of editing that page to declare a "come from" the compiler optimisations page... Whee!
