Shouldn't this category be called "Cocos Malay cuisine" or something like that? I've never heard the term "Cocossian" (in fact my autocorrect doesn't even recognise this word); people from the Cocos (Keeling) Islands are called "Cocos Islanders" and the Malays there are called "Cocos Malays".
