Because the parent category isn't for redirects to lists, but for all element redirects. I followed the doc at {{R from fictional element}} which said to create a category called Category:Arrowverse element redirects to lists, however, after a closer look it seems that the /doc and the template text are out of sync as not all redirects are to a list. I'm currently in the process of finding the redirects and tagging them. I personally don't mind if the "to lists" part of the category were removed, similar to the /doc at {{R from fictional location}}. --Gonnym (talk) 08:36, 1 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
