These images are used under fair use, but fail our first fair use criteria in that they can be replaced with free-licensed images which could reasonably be found or created. Such images should be speedy deleted, per speedy deletion criterion #7 for images or media, if no one has made a convincing argument for why a free licensed replacement can not be created within two days of the image being flagged as replaceable.
To tag an image that fails the first fair use criteria, use
{{subst:Rfu}}- which will put the image in Category:Replaceable non-free use to be decided after 5 November 2024. (If the category doesn't exist yet, please create it.)
When tagging a problem image, notify the uploader by adding
{{subst:Di-replaceable fair use-notice|FILENAME.jpg}}
to the uploader's talk page.
