Ayano Tsujiuchi (born 5 October 1996) is a Japanese Paralympic swimmer. She won the bronze medal in the women's 100 metre freestyle S12 event at the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris, France.[1]

Tsujiuchi won a bronze medal at the 2018 Pan Pacific Para Swimming Championships held in Cairns, Australia.[2] She won the bronze medal in the women's 100 metre breaststroke SB13 event at the 2019 World Para Swimming Championships held in London, United Kingdom.[3] In 2021, she competed at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan.[4]
