Aspoxicillin is an antibiotic drug of the beta-lactam class.[1] It is an injectable form of penicillin that is highly active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Bacillus fragilis,[2] which is resistant to other beta-lactam antibiotics.[3]
