The airline was established in September 2020. The maiden flight was performed on 30 October 2021.[4]

On 15 January 2022, the airline suspended all flights with a planned resumption on 15 March 2022.[5] However, in the same time the Ukrainian authorities suspended the airline's operational license until further notice.[6] Given the invasion that started on 24 February, the future of the airline is extremely uncertain.
