Early life

Khalil was born in Rawalpindi in the Awan family.[9] He completed his matriculation from Wings Model School[2] and his FSC in pre-engineering from Army Public Schools & Colleges System at Jarrar Garrison Rawalpindi.[10]

Career

Khalil start his writing career in 2019, marking the start of his contributions to political discourse.[8][2]
