A1 Ethniki Women's Volleyball

The Greek Women's Volleyball League is organised by Hellenic Volleyball Federation (Greek:Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Πετοσφαίρισης). In 2021–22 championship took part 14 clubs.

Panathinaikos won the first championship in 1971.[1][2] During the first decade, Panathinaikos and ZAON Kifissia dominated. Panathinaikos have won 26 championships.[3]
