The 2024 Gold Over America Tour, also called Athleta Presents the 2024 Gold Over America Tour, is the upcoming second gymnastics-themed touring show headlined by American artistic gymnast Simone Biles. It is scheduled to commence on September 16, 2024, in Oceanside, California, and conclude on November 3, 2024, in Detroit, Michigan, consisting of 32 arena shows across the United States.

Several gymnasts from the U.S. women's national team, such as Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, Hezly Rivera and Joscelyn Roberson, will join Biles on the 2024 Gold Over America Tour. Unlike the first edition, which only included female gymnasts, the second iteration will also feature gymnasts from the U.S. men's national team, such as Brody Malone, Paul Juda, Fred Richard, and Asher Hong. International gymnasts joining the tour includes Ellie Black and Peng-Peng Lee of Canada, Mélanie de Jesus dos Santos of France, and Casimir Schmidt of the Netherlands.
Background
editThrough her partnership with the athletic apparel company Athleta, American artistic gymnast Simone Biles launched the inaugural Gold Over America Tour following the 2020 Summer Olympics.[1] The all-woman tour, described by PopSugar as a "gymnastics-meet-pop concert spectacular",[2] blended sports and entertainment with the intention of inspiring a new generation of female athletes.[1] It sold 182,000 tickets and grossed $19.3 million across 32 cities.[3]
Biles announced the second edition of the Gold Over America Tour in May 2024, as a follow-up to the 2024 Summer Olympics.[4] Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, Mélanie de Jesus dos Santos, Fred Richard, and Kayla DiCello were among the first cast members announced.[4] The decision to include male gymnasts for the first time was intentional, as Biles wanted to broaden the show's reach.[5] She was especially interested in inviting Richard, noting his involvement in helping to make men's artistic gymnastics "relevant" in a country where women have dominated the sport.[6] Other cast members were not determined until after the run-up to the 2024 Summer Olympics.[5]
The tour will also incorporate elements of rhythmic gymnastics and there were discussions held about having SlamBall players join the "celebration of gymnastics"; all with the idea of bringing as many athletes on the show as possible.[7] Additional dates were added in Oceanside and Boston due to high ticket demand.[8][9]

Cast changes
- Kayla DiCello, one of the first athletes announced as a cast member, was removed from the tour after she suffered an Achilles injury during the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials.[10]
- Shilese Jones, one of the first athletes announced as a cast member, was removed from the tour after she suffered a torn ACL and meniscus during the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials.[11]
- Stephen Nedoroscik was previously confirmed as a cast member,[12][13] but withdrew in order to compete in the thirty-third season of Dancing with the Stars.[14]
- Asher Hong was previously confirmed as a cast member[15] but has since been removed from the cast page.
