The 2024 3. deild karla (English: Men's Third Division) is the 70th season of fourth-tier Icelandic football. The season began on 3 May and is scheduled to finish on 14 September 2024.

Twelve teams contested the league. The title winners and runners-up are promoted to the 2025 2. deild karla, whilst the bottom two teams are relegated to the 2025 4. deild karla.
