The 2023 Lory Meagher Cup was the 15th staging of the Lory Meagher Cup since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 2009.[1] Monaghan were the winners, defeating Lancashire in the final.[2]

- Monaghan won their 1st championship in 25 years, last winning the 1998 Ulster Junior Hurling Championship.
