History

edit

The Brigade was formed in 2024 after a Ukrainian mobilization law came into force, seeing the draft age being lowered from 27 to 25 and placing penalties for those avoiding conscription.[1][2] The Brigade was created as an infantry brigade due to the lack of armored vehicles in the Ukrainian army.[3]
