The leadership of the fourteenth convocation was elected during its constitutive session on 20 March.[ 3] Ana Brnabić of SNS was elected president of the National Assembly , while Sandra Božić of SNS, Marina Raguš of SNS, Snežana Paunović of SPS, Elvira Kovács of Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians , Edin Đerlek of Justice and Reconciliation Party , and Jovan Janjić of We – Voice from the People were elected vice-presidents.[ 4] Srđan Smiljanić , an independent politician , was elected general secretary.[ 4]
Božić unexpectedly resigned from her positions in the National Assembly on 7 May.[ 5] [ 6] A day later, the Assembly of Vojvodina elected a new government, in which Božić was chosen as vice president of the government of Vojvodina.[ 7]

The fourteenth convocation started its constitutive session on 6 February 2024, at which the mandates of the elected members of the National Assembly were confirmed.[ 9] It continued on 18 March and lasted until 20 March.[ 10] During the constitutive session, the president of the National Assembly, vice-presidents of the National Assembly, general secretary of the National Assembly, and members of working bodies of the National Assembly were elected.[ 3] [ 9] Members of permanent parliamentary delegations in international institutions were also elected.[ 3] [ 9]
After Miloš Vučević was given the mandate to form a government by Aleksandar Vučić , the president of Serbia, the National Assembly elected him and his cabinet at a special session on 2 May.[ 11] The first extraordinary session of the fourteenth convocation began on 23 July.[ 12] [ 13] The agenda of the session had 60 points.[ 12] During the session, Brnabić issued a warning to Aleksandar Jovanović Ćuta .[ 14]
The law on local elections was amended on 23 April under an urgent procedure.[ 15] 165 voted in favour, while 26 voted against.[ 16] The law on the unified electoral roll was also amended, with 153 votes in favour, on 10 May.[ 17] [ 18]

The tables below lists all current and former members of the National Assembly during its fourteenth convocation.[ 19] The parliamentary group Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP)–Movement of Free Citizens (PSG) was dissolved on 10 April, after all three PSG MPs left the parliamentary group.[ 20] SSP then created its own parliamentary group, while PSG opted to continue without a parliamentary group.[ 21]
