History

edit

Founded by four medical professionals, Yatharth Group of Hospitals was established with an aim to provide quality healthcare across India.[2] The group has grown as a preferred healthcare provider, particularly in the Delhi NCR region, operating a network of five hospitals strategically located in Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension in Uttar Pradesh, Jhansi-Orchha in Madhya Pradesh, and Faridabad in Haryana.[3] The hospitals in Noida Extension and Greater Noida stand as a testament to the group's scale and impact, ranking as the eighth and tenth largest private hospitals, respectively, within the Delhi NCR region based on bed capacity as of FY2023.[4]

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services marked a significant milestone in August 2023, successfully listing on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).[5] Post-IPO, the group has demonstrated a robust financial performance.[6]

Yatharth Group of Hospitals acquired the Asian Fidelis Hospital in Faridabad in 2024, adding a substantial 200 beds to its network. This strategic move brought the group's total bed capacity to 1,605, reinforcing its position as a key healthcare provider in the region.

Yatharth Group of Hospitals offers specialised care through its network. The Noida Extension facility houses a Centre for Oncology equipped with advanced technologies such as PET-CT scan and radiation oncology treatment, enabling the hospital to provide end-to-end cancer care.[7][8]

Yatharth Group of Hospitals are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Provider (NABH), ensuring adherence to established healthcare protocols. Equipped with modern medical technology and advanced diagnostic tools, Yatharth Hospitals empowers its team of medical professionals to deliver accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans, catering to the diverse needs of their patients.[9]
