Close phenotype proximity and inherited social privilege edit

How is this defined: When mixed heritage posterity of an elite/dominant group bear physical traits very close, if not identical, to less mixed, or non-mixed, indigenous groups, but have a social, economic, privileged over the latter group based on having the ancestry from the 'elite' group. \If this social privileged is based on ancestry/heritage, and not skin color (since members of two groups look nearly the same, especially to an outsider) is this colorism, or something else? See this; it looks like this class is going to generate a lot of cleanup needs. Will the online ambassadors or the professor please tag the article talk pages, and also, what sort of instruction have these students been given in Wikipedia editing?
